How to Begin Eating Well
Make a decision:
You can't keep a healthy diet? So number one you want to decide that you want to get healthy you want to decide you're going to start and do this right the problem is indecision it's a maybe so all you have to do is decide, deciding is almost like therapy in itself okay because at you you're making your mind up okay so people are stuck in a doubt maybe I should do it I was the worst I had to wait until I was 34 years old to decide to start eating properly. I had to be dying before I finally liked it.
The fool Body:
You realize that the body is not very intelligent when it comes to cravings and eating because it will demand it will create this impulse like, "I have to eat this donut," or "Some people are addicted to drugs or alcohol it doesn't differentiate what's good or bad it just does it." If your blood sugar is low, it will also tell you to eat that sugar. Okay, so that's why.
Suppress your appetite :
Lower your dietary desires You might have a physical craving, and while you may have bad eating habits, let's say that you have a physical hankering for sugar or carbohydrates. While you can satisfy that hankering, cutting back on carbohydrates won't help you run your body on fat fuel because you need to understand that sugar acts as the primary fuel for fat, which means that you must starve yourself of sugar before the fats can take its place.
Carry a Procedure :
Then, take all of the hidden sugar out of your stash, and throw it in the trash. Don't give it to your neighbors or your children; just get it out of the house.
Why? Because the body is stupid; it only knows what to do when your blood sugar levels are low.
The worst thing to do is to let your blood sugar crash and then decide, "ohh what am I in the mood for today? Oh Chinese food no that's not good I've been at a split no that's not good,"
Plan Forward:
So you want to eat consistently to sort of schedule your meals, whether it be every three days or the entire week, so that you have a plan okay and want to keep it straightforward because you don't want to spend all your time in the kitchen, as in my salad, which I sometimes have with just lettuce; it's quick to make it very complex all the meals are very very very straightforward; they only require a few different ingredients.
We want to choose to eat for health, not always for pleasure, so I don't spend hours preparing elaborate dinners. Instead, I create quick, basic meals with a handful of ingredients before running out the door.and want to keep it simple because you don't want to spend all of your time in the kitchen, for instance, I'll give an example of my salad, which I occasionally make with just lettuce since it's quick and easy to prepare rather than making it out of many various things.
